Dôvera is the largest private health insurance company in Slovakia. In addition to providing public health insurance and services, it has launched the magazine AkoBuk. Through this magazine, it aims to provide its policyholders with expert information on how to take care of their health.

Brief
The aim was to obtain marketable leads for the health insurance company from people who want to live healthier lives thanks to the high-quality, science-based content on AkoBuk.sk.
Solution
Basta digital, in close cooperation with the PR department of the Dôvera insurance company, created AkoBuk.sk. Inspired by successful challenges for quick exercises and a healthy back, which were sent to interested parties by email, in 2021 we created a 10-week running challenge called Get Running with Gabo Švajda. They offered training plans, which are not easy to find for free online, separately for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners.
Results
– 8,000+ people participated in the campaign, two-thirds of whom were attractive potential customers for Dôvera
– The cost of acquiring one contact was the lowest since the beginning of the collaboration
– The activity of participants, measured by feedback and the open rate of follow-up emails in the campaign, was the highest
The whole campaing created by Basta digital won 2nd Place Zlatý Středník 2020/21 in Healthcare and pharma category. I am proud that I contributed a small part to it.
